Reservations
A booking request through this site is confirmed only when our team replies with written confirmation. No prepayment is taken for standard rates; special event rates may differ and will say so clearly.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge until 48 hours before 3pm on arrival day. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged one night at the confirmed rate.
During your stay
Check-in from 3pm, checkout until 11am. Quiet hours run 10pm–7am. Smoking is permitted only in the marked garden point. Dogs are welcome in designated rooms by prior arrangement.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal use. We accept liability where the law requires it and exclude it where the law allows — in particular for valuables not deposited in the room safe or at reception.
